A 39-year-old man from the Rohrbach district, who was on his way to his parked car, noticed from a distance that an obviously drunk driver drove into his car while pulling out of a parking space and damaged it.
He quickly confronted the driver and told him that he had called the police. Nevertheless, the drunk driver simply drove away.

However, the police were able to quickly track down the owner of the vehicle, a 58-year-old from the Urfahr-Umgebung district. Further investigations revealed that the man had not had a valid driver’s license for a few years. The man has been reported to the Urfahr-Umgebung district office several times.
