The man from the Linz-Land district drove to a primary school in the municipality of Pasching at around 8 a.m. and stopped there in a driving ban to let his daughter get out.
During the police check, clear signs of impairment were identified. A voluntary drug test produced a positive result, which was later confirmed by a clinical examination. The doctor found the man unfit to drive.
The 45-year-old was prohibited from driving any further and his driving license was temporarily confiscated.
