As the public prosecutor’s office and police in Osnabrück and Lingen announced on Tuesday, the seriously injured victim was able to reach the shore and get help. The suspects were arrested shortly after the crime about two weeks ago and were taken into custody.

Investigations ongoing

According to the police and public prosecutors, the perpetrator and the victim knew each other. The suspects are said to have planned to attack the young people at a meeting.
