Rescue services and police were alerted to Taufkirchen an der Trattnach (Grieskirchen district) shortly before noon on Friday.
There, a 43-year-old man got his right foot caught in the rotating tines of a tiller. The man had been working in the garden. As he tried to drive the machine up an embankment with the machine switched on, it slipped away. His cries for help drew his relatives’ attention.
The injured person was taken to Wels Hospital.
