Growth for the Linz-based food group Vivatis: The Viennese subsidiary GMS Gourmet is taking over SV Österreich GmbH. A purchase price was not disclosed on Tuesday.
SV Austria is a subsidiary of the Swiss SV Group and specializes in catering. 450 employees recently generated sales of 38.6 million euros. The range of services includes company restaurants, cafeterias and kitchens in hospitals.
Vivatis, with the brands Inzersdorfer, KnabberNossi and Toni Kaiser, employs 3,600 people and generates annual sales of 1.285 billion euros.
