“Das Lamprecht” will be a modern luxury holiday home in Schärdinger’s old town from summer onwards: A new tourist attraction is being built on four floors in the historic building at Lamprechtstraße 1, where guests can even hire a private chef if they wish.
From the private garage on the ground floor to the charming library in the converted attic, the accommodation promises pure luxury and impresses with its feel-good character, say the developers. The exquisite living area consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms including a state-of-the-art sauna, bathtub and rain shower, a communicative cooking and dining area and a living room with a fireplace, record player and high-quality furniture.
Working group at work
In the attic there is a work area with a desk and a relaxation area with a hanging basket chair, library and fireplace. Of course, “Das Lamprecht” has high-end technology, from flat screens to an excellent sound system and full air conditioning. High-quality art is integrated throughout the house. “Das Lamprecht” was founded as a working group based on three “pillars”. The family of Michaela and Christopher Beham bought the old town house and has extensively renovated and furnished it in recent months.
The second pillar is carried by Susanne Hargassner, who is responsible for the hotel management, which is run through her city hotel. From the reservation to the preparations for the guests in the holiday home to the first guest contact and the ongoing operation, everything is in Susanne Hargassner’s hands.
The third pillar is the responsibility of the renowned restaurateur Lukas Kienbauer, who is responsible for the entire culinary offering – from exceptional breakfast to dinner. Kienbauer stocks “Das Lamprecht” with snacks in the fridge, dishes in a glass for you to cook yourself, small delicacies and fine wines and spirits. In addition, various packages can be booked in connection with Kienbauer – either with him as a private chef directly on site at “Lamprecht” or as part of a visit to one of his restaurants.
