The moped driver was driving on Ruflinger Straße in Leonding from Bergham towards Rufling. When the driver in front of him, a 24-year-old from the Linz-Land district, slowed down, he wanted to overtake him. However, the 21-year-old noticed too late that the 24-year-old wanted to turn left into Ochsner Straße at the “Am Dürrweg” intersection and collided with the car.
He was thrown from the motorcycle and his right arm came under the car. The arm was rolled over by the rear tire. After receiving first aid, the 21-year-old was taken to the Linz Accident Hospital.
