Villarrica volcano recorded an explosion and expelled 600 meters of ash

What did the official report indicate?

In the report they declared the registration of “explosion with emission of particulate matter and incandescent ballistics towards the slopes of the volcanic structure. The extension of the deposits reached approximately 500 metres radially to the crater, and a column of gases and ashes that exceeded 600 metres,” according to Sernageomin.
