The police were alerted to a break-in at a supermarket in Thalheim near Wels on Sunday at around 1 a.m. Thanks to witness statements, the perpetrator was quickly found and police officers confiscated the tools and stolen goods from him. The man was arrested and the public prosecutor’s office ordered him to be released on bail, police announced on Monday afternoon.
