Gianina García Troche was arrested at Madrid airport by Spanish police while travelling with a Uruguayan passport.
The Justice of Paraguay initiated the procedures to extradite Gianina Garcia Trochecouple of drug trafficker Sebastian Marsetwho was arrested last Wednesday at the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport by the Spanish National Policewhile traveling with a Uruguayan passport.
Gianina García Troche had a red alert on her from the Interpoland was wanted by the Paraguayan Justice system, as was her husband, who is also wanted by the Justice of Boliviathe country where he fled after being warned, presumably by a Bolivian authority, of a police raid that would take place at his home.

Garcia Troche’s lawyer, Santiago Moratorioassured that the bank account with which Paraguay associates the now detained woman was never used and that she had no connection with her partner’s illegal activities.
On the other hand, the Ministry of Interiorconfirmed that García Troche and Marset tried to enroll their children in a school in Dubai (United Arab Emirates), after they requested in May that the birth certificates of the infants be processed for this purpose, so the drug trafficker could be in that country.
