The “Copa Pele” – a selection of former players from the Austrian national football team – will be in Mettmach on Saturday, August 3rd, at 6 p.m. Visitors can expect a footballing treat in the Rabler-Kälte-Arena Mettmach. The occasion for the appearance of the former national players is the opening of the new grandstand at the Mettmach sports field.

The Copa Pele selection will face the UFC Mettmach champion teams from 2000 and 2007. Doors open at 4 p.m. Food and drink will be provided, according to the club, which recommends securing seats in good time.
Advance tickets are available from the players and officials of UFC Mettmach and online at www.oeticket.com. Remaining tickets, if available, will be available at the box office on the evening. The evening will end comfortably with an Austropop band and the former national players. It is still unclear which national veterans will be playing, the exact squad for the Copa Pele will only be announced a few days before the game, according to the organizers.
