At around 5:45 p.m., the 22-year-old lost control of his motorcycle on a long right-hand bend on the L573 coming from Mönchdorf and slid across the middle of the road. He crashed into the oncoming car of a 21-year-old.
After initial treatment by the emergency doctor, the injured motorcyclist was taken to Amstetten Hospital.
