According to the zoo, Austria’s first gorilla baby did not have an easy start in life. Mother “Kibibi” was so exhausted because of the difficult birth that zookeepers had to look after the newborn for the first few days. The situation has now normalized, and visitors can observe mother and child in the outdoor enclosure at any time.
