“After an internal process” for the selection of Horvath’s replacement “among the members of the management team, the board concluded that Spinelli,” a 39-year-old chemical engineer and part of the administration of the state oil company as Logistics Manager and President of Carbochlor —the group’s company in Argentina—, “is the one that brings together the necessary experience in business and operational areas of Ancap, academic training and personal characteristics that justify his proposal to serve in the position of general manager and to best represent the vision of Ancap”, The public company indicated in a statement published on its official account in LinkedIn.

Horvath’s resignation
