It burns It began its history as a grill that was distinguished by the excellence of its cuts of meat and recently expanded its menu, adding all kinds of dishes to its menu, to satisfy all palates, even veggies.
The lounge is a spacious, industrial-style, modern-austerity space that combines iron and wood furniture with whitewashed brick walls and an open wine cellar. Open every day from 12 noon to midnight, Arde is an ideal place for friends’ outings, family gatherings and, why not, a date to eat delicious food and have a great time.

What to ask for
The highlight of this place is its meats and the cuts offered reflect the style of this grill, because the classic merges with the new, without losing quality and with a twist that makes it unique. Among the offal, we can mention the pork chorizo, the homemade blood sausage, the whole heart gizzard served with burnt lemon and the essential chinchulines. Among the meats, the cuts are the most sought after, such as the bife de chorizo, available in three variants: classic, which is juicy or medium; butterfly and horse, which is the butterfly with fried egg.
Continuing with the grills, a grill worth its salt must include the rib eye, which at Arde is served with bone and herb butter, the asado bandera and the entrails. For those who want other meats, they can order pork matambrito, pork ribs or grilled chicken breast. But, if you don’t know where to start, a good choice is the boards: the offal board has chinchulines, sweetbreads, chorizo and blood sausage; the meat board presents roast, chorizo steak and pork matambrito.

The side dishes are not far behind and are the best complement to the grill and the snacks. In addition to the classic salads and French fries, the highlights are the roasted cabutia with toasted ricotta and crispy onion, the Provencal-style sautéed mushrooms and the roasted pepper with boiled egg and fried bread crumbs.
As mentioned, although their strong point is meat, the menu is much more extensive and there are options for all tastes. The starters, for example, include must-haves such as meat empanadas and chard fritters with updated classics, such as the provoleta stuffed with ham and onions, with peppers and arugula as a garnish, or the provoleta Arde, which is served with bacon, fried egg and chives. Taking into account that from Monday to Friday from 4 to 7 pm there is Happy Hour for beers and appetizers, several of the starters work perfectly as small dishes or portions.
Of course, there are also sandwiches, and it should be noted that they all come with French fries. There are classics, such as the choripán and the lomito, which are prepared with sirloin steak, various hamburgers and the much-requested veggie, with fried tybo cheese, roasted peppers, arugula and aioli.

Among the snacks, there are Milanese, made with veal or chicken, which are presented with different toppings: Neapolitan, Swiss, fugazzeta or the classic a caballo. Pastas also have their place, with delicious fierrito noodles, pumpkin and parmesan ravioli and gnocchi, all with different sauce alternatives.
Finally, the desserts respect local tastes and offer bread pudding and homemade flan, both with dulce de leche and cream; the most popular: danbo cheese with sweet potato jam, and the new classic of Buenos Aires cuisine, the warm brownie with ice cream, which here is served with dulce de leche sauce.

The extensive wine list, which features well-known labels, also includes sparkling wines. But another of Arde’s hits is its wide range of appetizers, ideal for taking advantage of the daily Happy Hour or for trying out a variation for lunch or dinner.
In short, on the corner of Rivera and Díaz Colodrero stands this grill with the soul of a tavern, which welcomes its diners with open arms and a menu to delight them.
