The minister signed the agreement with the Chinese ambassador in the country, Huang Yazhong, who highlighted the “excellent relations” between both nations. Meanwhile, Castaingdebat stressed that “this is the result of 36 years of diplomatic relations and is framed in a cooperation agreement that we are committed to improving and increasing.”

Strengthening relations with China
