Many meters of altitude and different surfaces make the “Woidlauf” a special sporting experience.
The race in “Saiga Hans” opens with the children’s competitions.
Last year, more than 300 runners took part in the “Woidlauf”, which is also part of the “Innviertel läuft” running series.

This run is different. And that is probably why it is so well received. For the third time, runners from young to old will be taking part in the “Saiga Hanser Woidlauf” on Sunday, September 15th. The event is being initiated in the usual form by the young organizing team around Tobias Salhofer and Max Schrattenecker from the running section of the Union St. Johann. This was founded by Salhofer and Schrattenecker especially for the premiere of the “Woidlauf” in 2022. What followed was a successful debut event and an equally enthusiastic second edition last year. More than 300 participants took part in the first two “Woidlaufs”.

Salhofer and Schrattenecker also know that all good things come in threes. Preparations for the next edition have been in full swing for weeks. The “Woidlauf team” has now worked together, so the third edition should also be a success.
