Nußbach took the Bundesliga autumn crown with two wins

Even in the last autumn round of the women’s fistball Bundesliga, Union Haidlmair Schwingenschuh Nußbach was no longer exposed. The team around captain Katharina Lackinger celebrated two victories against Askö Laakirchen (3:2) and pursuers UFG Grieskirchen (3:0). This means that the series champions from Kremstal, who surprisingly found themselves in the relegation play-off last season, are overwintering at the top of the table. In the spring, the autumn queens will compete in the championship round against Grieskirchen, St. Veit/Pongau, Freistadt, Laakirchen and Arnreit for the starting places for the “Final 3”. After seven wins and only one defeat, the gap to the first pursuers, Grieskirchen and St. Veit, is already four points. In the spring, however, only one bonus point remains in the table.
