“It’s women’s time” It was one of the messages that circulated the most to promote Cristina Kirchner’s nomination as head of the PJ. Since the resignation of Alberto Fernández, that position became vacant and, until now, the only one who had been proposed to fill it was the governor of La Rioja, Ricardo Quintela.
