The official opening of the new Welser Reform-Werke technology center took place on Friday. The manufacturer of special vehicles for agriculture and municipalities has invested nine million euros in the past two years. The new building with test benches for prototypes, laboratories and state-of-the-art office space is the new workplace for a total of 65 technicians from the family company who drive innovations forward.

Managing director Reinhard Riepl emphasized that we are preparing for the technologies of tomorrow. “With this new building, we guarantee the development of sustainable products and integrated overall solutions for our customers,” he emphasized. Research and development is primarily carried out in the areas of electric drives and energy-efficient combustion engines.
