There is strength in calm – adults know the truth of this saying. For children it probably sounds (still) unimaginable, maybe even boring. However, Vily Bergen has set herself the goal of conveying to children early on, from the age of six, in a playful way, that there is something valuable in it – to do this she uses the knowledge of her specialist area, meditation. “We want to make them understand how you can let go, slow down and what it feels like when meditation affects your body and soul,” says the Upper Austrian who lives in Kirchdorf/Krems. By “we” Bergen means her project partner Sonal Ahuja.
The architect and digital expert runs the “VRAcademi Ai & Metaverse Lab” facility in Dubai, which sees itself as a place where children can get a taste of new media and applications – from virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (Augmented Reality) to VR Glasses, artificial intelligence to robotics. And Ahuja has the trump cards in hand to bring meditation to young people “in an innovative, crisp form,” as Bergen says.
