Starting Friday, October 4, the public can explore a unique exhibition in Puerto Madero that presents the most recent innovations in modular construction under the #AlmaDeAcero concept. The solutions exhibited not only represent an evolution in architecture, but also a commitment to a more effective and sustainable future.
Among the featured modules of the exhibition are:
- SUMbox 18: a luxury glamping proposal that combines comfort and nature, with a panoramic bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
- SUMbox 33: designed for the hotel sector, it offers a two-room space with a bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchenette.
- Lodge 26: a landscape design for total immersion in nature, with a large bedroom and full bathroom.
- Ceibo CM54: premium home that has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living/dining room and integrated kitchen, perfect for those looking for an efficient and modern housing solution.
The SUMbox and Lodge modules have large windows to enjoy the surroundings. They are built entirely in a factory, ready to be moved and assembled in the desired location in record time and can be easily relocated, which makes them ideal options for the tourism sector. They can be acquired by leasing.
Sustainable and accessible homes
As for the Ceibo Modular houses, they represent a premium housing option that is distinguished by a high-resistance steel structure, fast and efficient construction, and a thermal envelope designed to optimize energy savings. They have a distribution of comfortable and integrated spaces, along with acoustically insulated divisions, and have electrical installations, drainage, and hot and cold water. In addition, it has PVC carpentry with double thermal glazing, pre-painted sheet metal finish, interior lining of wooden boards, ceramic floors, kitchen furniture and complete bathrooms.
In the exhibition you can visit the Ceibo CM54 house, measuring 54m², but there are different models and all of them can be accessed through credit with the Banco Hipotecario, for up to 30 years. Among the models available to acquire through bank financing are the CM69, 69m² that has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom; and CM78, which has 78m², 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
