After being involved this Tuesday in a strong complaint, after the authorities of the private school where his children attend, accused him of exercising physical violence against his minor children, the Colombian Miguel Borjafront of River Plate, He decided to turn the story around and take action against the school.

The director of the Grilli Institute, located in the Buenos Aires town of Canning and where the boys attend, presented the accusation at the La Unión police station, in Ezeiza, for alleged physical violence by the soccer player.

As revealed by C5N, Borja’s youngest son, seven-year-old Joel, would have told the school teachers that both he and his brother Samuel, 10, “suffer physical abuse” from their father.

Given the complaint, the UFIJ No. 3 of Ezeiza – which specializes in sexual crimes, related to human trafficking and gender and family violence – opened a preliminary investigation and quickly began the processes that are usually carried out in these cases.

After the judicial presentation made by the school authorities, a professional from the local Children’s Service intervened, who performed a precarious medical examination on Miguel Borja’s children, along with their mother.

According to what C5N revealed, the intervening medical personnel would not have found physical damage to the bodies of the footballer’s children. In the same sense, the journalist Pampa Mónaco reported that from the Children’s Service, after the interview, they indicated that “children do not suffer violence.”

Specifically, once the tests were completed, it was determined that the children did not suffer violence from their parents and were returned to their home.

For this reason, and after approaching the police station to testify, Borja decided to sue his children’s school for false reporting, something that could materialize in the next few hours, according to press reports.
