The shell is up, as is the Gleichenbaum, and this is traditionally the time to celebrate with those working on the construction. This is what the Bodner Group is doing with its major “Quadrill” project at the Linz tobacco factory. The company is investing 190 million euros in the four buildings, one of which is known to be 109 meters high. Despite the challenging times in the construction industry, the project is both on budget and on schedule, says builder Thomas Bodner.
