Times are uncertain, the savings rate is higher than it has been for a long time: people avoid spending money and prefer to save it for later. But will there be enough money for retirement? How do you save wisely and with a high return? These are the topics that experts from science, banks, listed companies and investor protection will be dealing with at the OÖNachrichten Money Day, which will take place again in Linz in the OÖNachrichten Promenade Galleries.
The first public discussion from 12:45 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. is entitled: “Our pension system: nail in the coffin for our prosperity?” Heinrich Schaller, General Director of Raiffeisen Landesbank Oberösterreich, Stefanie Christina Huber, his counterpart at Sparkasse Oberösterreich, as well as the board members of Oberbank, Martin Seiter, and Hypo Oberösterreich, Klaus Kumpfmüller, will discuss with economist Carmen Treml from Agenda Austria.
