How to process the AUH Booklet
To process the booklet, the following steps must be followed:
- Enter My ANSES with your CUIL and Social Security Code.
- In the section “Children > AUH Notebook”verify the information of your children or dependents.
- If you need to complete data (education, health or vaccination), select “Generate Notebook” to download it or send it by mail.
- I printed the form and take it to the corresponding health center or school to complete.
- I uploaded the photo of the completed form in JPG format (maximum 3 MB) in My ANSES.
