Edgardo Kueider presented an amparo before the court demanding his reinstatement as senator, after being dismissed yesterday at Senate Chamber. His expulsion is related to the controversy that arose when he was found on the border with US$200,000 and later detained in Paraguay.
The entrerriano requires cancellation of the session in which his expulsion was decided, because at the time of voting Victoria Villarruel was in exercise of the national Executive Power, due to the Javier Milei tour of Italy.
