The measure, officialized by Resolution 210/2025 published Friday in the Official Gazetteis based on a legal technical report that indicates the linking of RAM with violent acts, including intentional fires in Patagonia and attacks on property and people.

According to the document, the RAM acts in coordination with other groups with similar objectives and publicly claimed acts of violence. In that sense, recent statements of its leader, Facundo Jones Huala, who would have admitted the use of fire as a pressure method are cited.
