Summer tire test: big differences in the brake path

In this year’s summer tire test, the ÖAMTC mobility club, together with its partner organizations, took a close look at 18 brands of the Dimension 225/40 R18, from the premium manufacturer to the low-budget alternative. This dimension is popular in the lower middle class or compact class as a sporty alternative to series tires. All tires were checked with regard to their driving and security properties, comfort and profitability aspects as well as from the point of view of sustainability.
