Arcor ONs interest payment announced: when will it be and what amounts does it involve?

Arcor announced the payment of interest on CLASS XIX and XX Negotiable Obligations. These are the details of the operation that the company reported to the stock market.

The food company Arcor informed that he will pay Negotiable Obligations Class 19 and Class 20both issued for a face value of up to US$1.2 billion (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value).

In the case of Class 19, interest will be paid by the November 13, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for the period from 08/12/2023 (Inclusive) to 11/12/2023 (Exclusive). The cancellation will be made in pesos and the capital pending amortization is $8,459,677,423. The Annual Nominal Rate (TNA) applied is 114.31% and the interest paid is $2,437,575,439.14.

In the case of Class 20, the expected payment date is November 13, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.. The payment period covers from 08/12/2023 (Inclusive) to 11/12/2023 (Exclusive). The nominal annual interest rate applied is 117.27%$4,002,536,863 will be paid and the capital pending amortization is $13,540,322,577.

In both cases, the payment of interest will be made through Caja de Valores SA to the people in whose name the Negotiable Obligations are registered as of November 10, 2023.
