AFIP updated the values of the Monotributo, establishing new income limits and amounts to be paid for each category. Find out the details.
The regime of the flat taxwhich simplifies tax procedures for small taxpayers, has kept the values updated since the last review in August. In September 2024, the income caps and amounts to be paid have undergone significant changesThese adjustments respond to the recent land N° 27743, implemented through the decree 593/2024, which significantly raised the permitted annual turnover limits. This measure facilitates the inclusion of a greater number of taxpayers in the system, with unification of the permitted limits for commercial and service activities.
With the new regulations, The annual billing limit for the single tax was set at $68 millioneffective from January 2024. This increase, which previously differentiated the limits between trade and services, now allows many more taxpayers to benefit from this simplified regime. The update of the scales and the new payment scheme reflect this change in the regime.
