During this first meeting, the president had breakfast with the economist Alberto Ades. The meeting was also attended by the Secretary General of the Presidency, Karina Mileiand the Argentine ambassador to the United States, Gerardo Werthein.

The Head of State’s entourage describes the visit as “institutional” and confirms their disbelief in the functioning of the entity. This is the sixth visit to US soil since Milei assumed his mandate.

The central event of the trip is the President’s participation in the United Nations Annual Assembly in New York next Tuesday.
