President Javier Milei, through Decree 843/2024, modified the conditions established by the National Disability Agency for all persons who wish to collect the Disability Pension, as well as those who need to obtain the Single Disability Certificate.

New requirements for accessing non-contributory pensions for disability
From now on, the new requirements to access Non-Contributory Pensions are the requirement of a work disability of 66% or higher to be able to collect it. Also, It is requested that this percentage can be accredited through the Official Medical Certificate or any documents that are needed.
The Official Medical Certificate must detail exactly the causes of the work incapacity and in turn must detail in depth the socioeconomic context of the person requesting the Non-Contributory Pension.
