US President-elect Donald Trump said Monday that he will name former congressman Lee Zeldin to lead the Environmental Protection Agency.
“Zeldin will ensure that fair and swift deregulatory decisions are made to unleash the power of American companies andwhile maintaining the highest environmental standards, including the cleanest air and water on the planet,” Trump said in a post on his social media platform Truth Social.
The main objective of the Baku COP is the approval of new financing in favor of the most vulnerable countries.

The adopted criteria regulate the methodology for calculating the number of credits that a given project can generate, as well as what happens if the stored carbon is lost, for example if the forest that served as backup burns down.
