The entity launched a new way of managing recipes. I know the details.
He Comprehensive Medical Care Program (PAMI) reported on a new recipe system. These guarantee the safety and effectiveness in obtaining medications and supplies to their members. The system includes two types of valid recipes: white and light blue.
The content you want to access is exclusive to subscribers.
The white prescription has advanced security measures that allow the system to verify that the medications delivered correspond exactly as prescribed by the doctor. When presented, the system will automatically verify its validity, ensuring that the prescription is active and ready to be used.
The celestial manual prescription continues to be a valid model for dispensing medications, as long as it is activated. Non-activated celestial prescriptions may not be accepted at pharmacies, which may cause delays and problems in obtaining medications.

How to check if PAMI recipes are active
To check if a recipe is active, it can be done from the PAMI official website www.pami.org.ar/validador-receta-manual. There it must enter the prescription number found in the barcode in the top right section.
If any problem arises, you can always consult your Agency or call PAMI Listen at 138 or 0-800-222-7264.
Remember the following points:
- White recipe: Medications or supplies can be picked up at the pharmacy without problem
- Green recipe: ask the doctor to replace it with an electronic prescription (white) or a properly activated light blue manual prescription.
- Celestial recipe: If it is not active, you must ask the doctor to activate it for it to be accepted at the pharmacy.
