Madonna: the movie could become Madonna: the series. The 66-year-old artist took to Instagram to share the latest news about bringing her life story to the screen, and suggested she might even go from cinema to television.
“After struggling for days in Los Angeles, listening to producers and agents telling me why I couldn’t make my movie… I realized that everything in my life was going to be a challenge,” he wrote under a carousel of photos. The post was set to his 2003 song “Hollywood.”
“I didn’t have an easy road. I guess I should be grateful. It forces me to think beyond what is established. “I didn’t have a normal life.”the “Like a Prayer” singer continued.
“I can’t do this the usual way. Spending time with my creative friends was just the fuel I needed to keep going! “We all agreed that we must be even more fearless!”
“We cannot shrink or become smaller. If you want something badly in life, the entire universe will conspire to help you achieve it,” he added.
Madonna then asked her 19.8 million followers a question.: “Should I turn my life story into a series or a feature film? “Think before you answer”.

What is known about the Madonna film (so far)
In 2020, Universal announced it was developing the film with the megastar and mother of six directing and co-writing alongside Oscar winner Devil Cody.
“I want to convey the incredible journey that life has taken me on as an artist, a musician, a dancer, a human being, trying to make my way in this world,” Madonna said in a statement at the time.
The following year, Cody left the project and in 2023, Variety reported that the film would no longer move forward at Universal, despite Julia Garner I was destined to star in it.
Madonna then embarked on her record-breaking Celebration tour, before turning her attention to the film earlier this year.
In an Instagram post on July 16, Madonna indicated that the film had reappeared when she posed with a typewriter and the script for the film, which until then had no title. The new title seemed to be Who’s That Girla reference to his 1987 film and number one hit.
