The Justice of San Lorenzo ordered 180 days of preventive detention for three men accused for the femicide of Sofía Delgado. The prosecutor in the case maintains that the crime began to be planned two weeks before the victim’s disappearance and spoke of cell phone messages that indicate premeditation.
The prosecutor Carlos Ortigoza accused Alejandro Bevilacquawho had a relationship with the victim; to Eduardo Mordini, owner of the warehouse where the femicide was committed; already Brian Baumanan employee of the workshop, of having acted “both in the commission of the act and in the disposal of the body.” The official considered that “They killed her in a ritual sacrifice.”
