To facilitate the registration process for agents and within the framework of the State Modernization Plan, the CNV established that registrations must be completed online and relevant documentation must subsequently be presented.
The National Securities Commission (CNV) authorized that the registration procedures must be carried out through the Remote Procedures System (TAD) through the website. The measure was made official through the Official Gazette, in Resolution 1032/2024.
The measure is part of the State Modernization Plan, where a computer platform for generating electronic documents and files, in order to facilitate document management, access and durability of information, reducing processing times and public monitoring of each file.
In turn, the implementation of the Electronic Document Management (GDE) system, cas an integrated system of labeling, numbering, monitoring and registration of movements of all actions and files of the National Public Sector, acting as a platform for the implementation of electronic file management.
In this sense, the CNV clarifies that those who want to register must previously complete the Request Form to Start Processing, which It must be presented along with the documentation established for each category of agents. Applicants must accompany all the documentation detailed in the current regulations at the time of starting the process at TAD.”
CNV: deadlines for registration
In article 16 of the Resolution, it was also established that the term will begin to be computed uOnce the applicant for registration has submitted to this Commission all the documentation required by current regulations and it does not merit observations. Requests that do not comply with the accompanying all of the information required in this regulation will not be studied or resolved.”

This General Resolution will come into force as of December 2, 2024.
