As Ámbito had anticipated, the Government confirmed that Javier Milei was invited to the inauguration of president-elect of the United States, Donald Trumpnext January 20. In addition to the Argentine president, extreme right-wing figures such as the Prime Minister of Italy will also participate in the inauguration ceremony, Giorgia Meloniand the president of El Salvador, Nayib Bukele.

The relationship between Javier Milei and Donald Trump
Milei already visited Trump at Mar-a-Lago during the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) and both exchanged praise. “I want to congratulate you for the work you have done, to make Argentina great again. It is incredible how you are fixing it and it is an honor that you are here,” the next US president said at that time and added: “Your speech was spectacular but your work in Argentina is even better. Congratulations and thank you very much for being here. You You are MAGA: Make Argentina Great Again”.
Another important point in their relationship occurred at the beginning of the month, when the CPAC held a meeting in Buenos Aires in which he participated Lara Trumpdaughter-in-law of the president-elect and main architect of the campaign that led him to a second term.

In official media, work is being done on redefining Milei’s agenda since on that same date he was invited to participate in the World Economic Forum which takes place every year in Davos (Switzerland)event attended world business leaders and in which politicians and intellectuals participate.
On this tour, the president also planned to travel to Israel, heading to the cities of Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
