Launch of the #IguazúesVerano season: nature, rest and regional flavors

The Iguazú Falls, declared one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, are the main attraction within the National Park.

With great success, The #IguazuEsVerano campaign was launchedan event that brought together local authorities, prominent figures from the private sector, and special guests, marking the beginning of a new tourist season in the region, with the aim of positioning Iguazú as one of the most attractive destinations to enjoy the summer.

“We are happy to present at this event the detailed summary of the actions carried out throughout 2024, highlighting the joint efforts between the public and private sectors to promote the destination, improving infrastructure and offering unique experiences to tourists. There we find the improvements in tourist services, the strengthening of security and sustainability, and the promotional campaigns that have allowed Iguazú to be consolidated as a quality benchmark in national and international tourism,” he points out. A paradise to discover

The Iguazú Falls, declared one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, are the main attraction within the National Park. During the summer, the trails of the Iguazú National Park offer a unique experience to walk through the jungle, with spectacular views of the most iconic waterfalls such as the Devil’s Throat. In addition, activities such as boat rides on the Iguazú River, night walks and bird watching allow an intimate connection with local biodiversity. The most adventurous can explore zip-lining and rappelling circuits in the middle of the Misiones jungle, while families can enjoy ecological safaris in vehicles adapted to tour the heart of the park.

Sleep in natural environments

The summer season is also ideal to experience relaxation surrounded by nature. Iguazú has accommodations ranging from luxurious lodges to eco-friendly glamping sites, as well as luxury hotels located in the heart of the Misiones jungle, all designed to offer comfort without losing connection with the environment.

Local flavors

Missionary cuisine is another of the great attractions of Iguazú. During the summer, restaurants in the region highlight fresh, native ingredients in their dishes. From river fish such as surubí and dorado to traditional chipá, the local flavors surprise each visitor. Gastronomic markets, new restaurants with signature cuisine and bars with cocktails and drinks in the hands of excellent bartenders.
