The update, approved within the framework of the current emergency, contemplates adjustments in the Distribution Value Added (VAD), the Local Generation Surcharge (SGL) and other tariff aggregates, approved by OCEBA Resolution No. 280/2024. Thus, the measure is intended to guarantee the maintenance of the service and its financial sustainability during the transition stage established by MIySP Resolution No. 439/2021.

In addition, the deadline for distributors to adhere to the regularization plans related to tariff aggregates in its three components is extended.
The tariff update was endorsed by the Electrical Energy Control Agency of the Province of Buenos Aires (OCEBA) and had the intervention of the General Government Advice and the State Prosecutor’s Office.
