Two trams collided head-on this Saturday in the tunnel of the Strasbourg central station, northeast of France. He accident showed a balance – until now – of 50 injured and authorities warned that the disaster “It could have been much more serious.”

Rene Cellierdirector of the Lower Rhine fire and rescue service, warned that what happened “could have been much more serious”, and revealed that there were another 100 people involved in the incident, who did not require medical assistance.
