The general resolution establishes the provisions and procedures to use the Temporary Export Suspensive Destination regime, which will be processed through the MALVINA Computer System (SIM).
The Customs Collection and Control Agency (ARCA) seeks to unify and organize the current regulations on the Temporary Export Suspensive Destination regime. The temporary export destination is one in which the exported merchandise can remain for a specific purpose and for a certain period outside the customs territory, being subject to the obligation to reimport it for consumption.
In this sense, the General Resolution establishes the provisions and procedures to use the Temporary Export Suspensive Destination regime, which will be processed through the MALVINA Computer System (SIM), detailed in the approved Annexes. The General Subdirectorate of Collection will update the information in the Annexes and will dictate operational instructions, which will be published on the “Temporary Exports” microsite of the AFIP website and communicated to operators by the Customs Electronic Communication and Notification System (SICNEA).
In addition, several previous resolutions and provisions related to the subject are repealed, and it is established that any reference to these regulations will be considered as linked to the new resolution. The resolution comes into force at the time of its publication in the Official Gazette and its implementation will be according to the schedule published on the corresponding microsite.
Finally, it is reported that this resolution will be published in the Official Gazette and disseminated through the Bulletin of the General Directorate of Customs.
