This recipe allows us to be used for several dishes in replacement of the classic bread with wheat flour. In addition, they are low in calories.

The breads are the weakness of many and leaving it can be complicated because most are done with wheat flour. However, there are possibilities to face flour -free recipes and one is that of these loaves that, in addition to being easy to prepare, need very few ingredients.

In the case of this recipe, the ingredient that replaces the flour will be the powdered milk. These breads can be used to prepare toast and sanguches, in addition to being light and are not high in calories.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 14 tablespoons of powdered milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Seeds to taste

Preparation

  • Leave the eggs and beat them in a bowl until you reach the most spongy and aerated point possible
  • Add the tablespoons of powdered milk
  • Incorporate the egg and milk powder. Add the half teaspoon of baking powder and mix again. If you like it, add salt to the desired amounts
  • Pass the liquid mixture to a large mold or several small metal molds, add the seeds above and bake for about 15 minutes
  • Once cooked, unmold. Cut half to prepare as toasted or like Sánguche tapas
