The art of management (your life and your company)

The art of management (your life and your company)

Plato mentioned art as the creative capacity of the human being.

The art of leadership is the ability of the being to create its own life. In this way, through knowledge and understanding, we will obtain power over our own direction.

We learn to lead, and it is essential to do so if we want to be free and have the power to create our lives. Everything must begin with the desire to improve, to grow, to advance in human progress. Every desire is a consequence of having the intelligence to make the seed flourish. Desire is the will of the seed to become a tree.

The intention of wanting to evolve, change, advance and transform. It is the same desire of nature, to be in constant transformation and evolution. It is the desire that we carry within us, that runs through our blood.

If we observe children when they play, we can see beings who want to live, to love, to know, to understand and to experience.

Because that is the enthusiasm that keeps everything alive in nature. The wonder of life itself, self-love, the desire to absorb as much as possible to continue growing and developing on the planet.

But what happens is that, as we begin to experience adolescence, we begin to lose that wonder, energy and enthusiasm for life?

I think that the indoctrination that our minds receive from when we are very young begins to take effect. All the adults we meet indoctrinate us in a certain way, and mostly in a negative way: “You can’t do that,” “That’s dangerous,” “You have to go to school to be someone in life,” “Good and intelligent children don’t cry,” “Finish all your food because there are children who don’t eat,” etc.

It is proven that the word we hear most throughout our childhood is “no.” All these beliefs that are instilled in us, ways of seeing life that oppress our creativity and imagination in order to follow what is established and “possible” according to each circumstance, limit the creative power that we carry within.

We turn off our ingenuity and trust ourselves less and less.

The main reason why our confidence and enthusiasm for life weaken occurs in adolescence, when we begin to feel “separated.” We understand that we are someone in life and that we must take care of our image. We begin to have ego awareness. We want people to see us as strong, intelligent and beautiful, because we understand that in this way we can ensure our survival, and that if we manage to get people to accept our image, everything will be easier for us.

So, in the same way, doubts and fear begin as to whether we will be accepted or not. If I think this way, will I be accepted? If I dress this way, talk this way, act this way, what are they going to say about me? The fear of humiliation begins. We really think that we are the image, the interpretation of ourselves, forgetting that it is simply an idea, and that our survival does not depend on it. But that is how we are taught to live.

From a young age, we are shown how individuals who think differently are attacked, excluded and even killed in different countries. We then learn to be very sensitive and vulnerable to the opinions of others, so much so that we completely forget about self-esteem. Our self-love is totally subordinated to the acceptance of others. We crave the acceptance of our parents and loved ones more than anything else, to the point of forgetting the value of self-esteem.

This strong and deep-rooted emotional dependence disconnects us from our authenticity, from that energy we have as children when we are not afraid of the acceptance of others and we simply act in an authentic and sincere way. And that is the energy and frequency that we must recover if we want to direct our lives, since it would be impossible to do so if we were totally dependent on other people. The fact that they decide for us means that we are giving them control of our lives.

The vast majority of adults still experience the same or more intense feeling of dependence on others. They continue to think all their lives and in an increasingly exaggerated way that they are their image. That they are what others think of them. That they are their clothes, their achievements, their titles, their likes and followers on social networks, their friends, their club, their political party, their family, their religion, their ideals and their country. But that is the worst temptation for human beings, to believe that we are something defined, limited. That takes away all our power and freedom of expression. It imprisons us as slaves to that image and acceptance of our group, taking away the true essence that we carry within us to flourish.

IF WE CONTROL OUR EMOTIONAL STATE WE WILL BE CONTROLLING OUR ENTIRE LIFE.

Your emotional state comes from your inner world. If you change your interpretations of the world and of reality, your states will change. I want to convince you that you can feel like an entrepreneur and all the positive things you associate with that right now. You can start feeling free and the director of your life right now. And not only that, but you must inevitably do so if you want to direct your life, people and entire companies. Without your perception, nothing can be,

Right? Even if I tell you this, if you don’t believe it and feel it inside, it’s not going to be real in your life, right? A person can be very beautiful, but if she doesn’t believe it’s real or doesn’t feel it that way inside, she’s not going to be able to experience her own beauty.

You are probably already understanding that to obtain anything at will in our life we must first believe it, make it real within ourselves, plant the seed in our subconscious and begin to water it day by day. Now you must also know that our human experience derives from four worlds, although we are mostly aware of no more than two.

It is very important to understand them in order to begin to be creators of our lives, and not just survivors. The art of directing our private life has four levels, which we must discover and direct in order to achieve the complete direction of our own company, our present and our destiny.

PHYSICAL WORLD

The physical world is not the stage in which we can produce significant or lasting changes. In reality, it is the most superficial aspect of our life, and the least powerful in terms of possibilities to modify reality. It is simply a consequence of our other planes. And if we do not discover it, we can spend our entire lives distracted and asleep without realizing it, being victims of the life we were given.

MENTAL WORLD

The mental world is all the reality that you perceive in your own mind. What you are thinking at this moment, which only you can perceive in such a way because it happens deep inside you, within your own mind. This scenario is not shared like the physical one, but is personal to each individual. Now you may be thinking about what you are going to try for your next meal, although physically you may be reading this book. But in your mental world you are creating another reality through your mind. It is clear that if your mind changes, the physical world that you perceive also changes, since your mind is the one that, after receiving external energy through the body and its senses, analyzes it and makes a decision about it.

EMOTIONAL WORLD

The emotional world refers to your entire emotional reality. You may be reading this book, thinking about what it says, but with an emotional state of being angry, sad or grateful. Three different states have the power to change your entire physical and mental reality. Your emotional reality is very relevant because it also alters the entire reality of the other two worlds. You probably already know that depending on our emotional state we have certain thoughts, perspectives and intentions. When we are angry or depressed we do not think clearly and we prefer to close ourselves off to any reality or person from outside, in order to focus on what is making us angry or depressed over and over again. When we feel good, happy and at peace, we are more receptive to other people and other points of view.

SPIRITUAL WORLD

The spiritual world cannot be seen, touched, thought or felt. It is beyond the world we can consciously perceive. It is our invisible side to logical and rational eyes. We all have spirit, soul, essence or whatever you want to call it. It does not matter what name you give it, since it can never be limited to a name, it can never define it. It is the intrinsic force that gives us life, that makes our heart beat, our blood flow throughout our body. It is the same intention that makes us breathe continuously from the moment we were born until today, without the need to think or be aware of it.

GROWING IN THE SPIRITUAL WORLD
