2004 Emmy Awards: Complete list of winners

The gala of the Emmy Awardswhich recognize excellence in television programming, took place last night, September 15, from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, and had Shogun how the most winning series.

Shogun took home 18 awardsbreaking the record for most nominated and most awarded single-season drama series in historyAmong the awards it won are Best Drama Series, Best Actress, Best Actor, Best Guest Actor in a Drama Series and Best Directing for a Drama Series.

The Bearwhich also set a record for the most nominated comedy series in a year with 23 nominations, won 11 trophies, including Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress, Best Writing, Best Direction and more.

Meanwhile, Hacks scored the biggest upset of the night, beating out crowd favorite The Bear in the Outstanding Comedy Series category.
