According to images released, the capybara walks on a sidewalk without worry and crossing the street slowly, without paying attention to the traffic in the area.
Who found the animal?
Edgardo, the owner of a coffee stand, was in charge of recording the situation and there he came across a young man on a bike who had been taking care of the animal from Avenida Las Heras.
After this, more neighbors in the neighborhood took care that the animal was not approached by the traffic of the cars.
When calling the police, Edgardo said that the capybara “sat under a car” and that, when three patrol cars with eight officers arrived, “they protected it with a blanket.”
Neither he nor the other neighbors knew how the animal arrived in the Buenos Aires area.
