Progress Mandatory Level
- Be a native or naturalized Argentine, or a foreigner with legal residence for 2 years in the country and have an ID.
- Be between 16 and 24 years of age at the time the call closes.
- The sum of the income of the student and his family group must not exceed 3 Minimum, Living and Mobile Wages (SMVM), except that the young applicants are holders of a non-contributory disability pension granted within the framework of article 9 of the Law 13478.
- Comply with the condition of regular student.
- Participate in complementary activities determined by the program.
- Comply with the academic conditions established in the Progresar Regulations.
- Have a complete or ongoing vaccination schedule depending on age group.
Progress Higher Level
- Be a native or naturalized Argentine, or foreigners with legal residence for at least 5 years in the country, with ID.
- Incoming students: between 17 and 24 years of age.
- Advanced students: up to 30 years old.
- Nursing students: no age limit.
- The sum of the student’s income and that of his family group must not exceed 3 Minimum, Living and Mobile Wages (SMVM), except that the young applicants are holders of a non-contributory disability pension granted within the framework of article 9 of Law 13478.
- Be a high school graduate and have no subjects owed at the time of registration.
- Enter or be studying at national or provincial universities, national university institutes or higher technical education institutes, state-run technical training and teacher training institutes. There are exceptions for privately managed institutions and nursing students contemplated in the Progresar Regulation.
- Comply with the academic conditions established in the Progresar Regulations.
- Have a complete or ongoing vaccination schedule depending on age group.
- Participate in complementary activities that the program determines.
Progress Work
- Be a native or naturalized Argentine, or a foreigner with legal residence for 2 years in the country and have a DNI.
- Be between 18 and 24 years old.
- It extends up to 40 years for people who do not have formal registered work.
- The sum of the applicant’s income must not exceed three (3) Minimum, Living and Mobile Wages (SMVM).
Amount of ANSES Progresar Scholarships in October
The Ministry of Human Capital confirmed a significant increase in the amount of the Progresar Scholarships, which will receive a 75% increase by October. In that sense, it will go from $20,000 to $35,000 per month.
