- Not having a formal employment relationship.
- Pension regime: The petitioner is not covered by a pension or permanent retirement regime, or a contributory or non-contributory pension.
- Identity and nationality: Prove identity, age and nationality with your DNI. Be a native or naturalized Argentine, with a minimum residence of 3 years for naturalized people; Foreigners must have at least 10 years of residence.
- Economic Situation: not having sufficient assets, income or resources for subsistence.
- Family Situation: not having relatives obliged to provide food who can do so.
- Not be detained in penitentiary establishments or at the disposal of justice.
- Residence in the country without being absent for periods greater than 90 consecutive days.
- The pension denial must be appealed within 60 days to the review body.
Amount of the ANSES PNC in October 2024
The amount of these pensions is periodically updated according to the Minimum, Living and Mobile Wage. In general, the benefit is less than a contributory retirement, but it guarantees a minimum income for people who are in a situation of economic vulnerability.
