Starting in October 2024, monotributistas who are in certain categories of the tax regime of the Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) must comply with payments exceeding $500,000. This situation is crucial for those taxpayers seeking to avoid penalties and keep their tax situation in order. The increase in fees, which was applied since August, has generated a significant impact on the amounts to be paid for each category.

With the recent update of the Law No. 27,743the income limits allowed for monotributistas were adjusted, which also modified the monthly installments they must pay. It is essential that taxpayers verify their corresponding categories and amounts to avoid setbacks in their tax obligations.
